This is the original route Lucien Briet, consisting of 6 stages. You can extend a stage to visit the Valley of Pineta or contact us if you want to perform fewer steps or look for shorter routes, 3 or 4 days.

Lucien, of French origin, also had a lot of Huesca. His works, photos, scans and contact with high aragonese land so credited. Lucien Briet devoted much of his writing to this area of the Pyrenees. They highlight their work on the Massif Marboré, Montañesa Peña, Sierra de Guara, Entremón, Vero river valley of Vio, Bielsa and ravines and caves all altoaragonesa geography.
In his book «Beauties Alto Aragón» published in Huesca in 1913 describes his wanderings Ordesa, Ara Valley, Escuaín, Bielsa, etc. Both the book and your attention to this area is part of the tradition of French Pyreneism of both cartographic and scientific exploration, mountaineering and preturísticas, also driven by Ramond of Carbonnières and Schrader. His work along with that of many other authors and explorers marked a very important contribution to more precise knowledge of this mountain range and its inhabitants.
His writings and artwork represent an invaluable testimony to the Pyrenean landscapes of the time when he traveled.
